Our role varies from consultant to implementer, from coach to temporary “player”, generally we see ourselves as a task force for improvement. We describe the supply chain as the connected processes of planning, purchasing, production and logistics; or generally simply the value chain of a company. According to our understanding, the supply chain becomes more competitive if it becomes cheaper, faster, more flexible, more transparent and less risky, which in all cases increases the value contribution.
